Tech-Span Consulting was incorporated in 2009 in the United States of America with expertise and focus in implementation and support phases of enterprise systems integration to address the needs of the Utilities industry.
Our team of dynamic, experienced professionals and software specialists bring a wealth of real world implementation experience, knowledge and skill to our clients, becoming an integral partner and an extension of their management and IT teams.
Our Management
Brian Dessa
CEOBrian has over twenty years of IT experience. He has spent the last eleven years working with technical, development and functional teams in the utility industry on PeopleSoft CIS, CC&B and MDM products. He has been responsible for and involved in a wide variety of CC&B technical and functional engagements respectively. This has included spearheading and managing CC&B technical teams, and closely working with functional teams on CC&B requirements gathering, functional configuration, application design and development. He has extensive knowledge and experience with CIS systems analysis, design and development, integration, database management, system testing and Application upgrades. He has also been responsible for providing post production support.
